Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Protocol on bilateral cooperation between the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia was signed in Skopje on 3 June 2026. The Protocol defines the framework for cooperation between the two institutions, including the exchange of information on labour market trends, employment policies and instruments, statistical data, as well as the sharing of experience in the development of employment projects and the planning and implementation of joint initiatives.
During the working meeting, participants also discussed the characteristics and functioning of the labour markets in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of North Macedonia, exchanging views on key challenges and indicators in this context.
The parties agreed to strengthen their cooperation in areas of mutual interest and shared objectives, in line with their respective mandates, and to continue collaboration through joint projects and other forms of cooperation to be further agreed upon.
Following the signing of the Protocol, the delegation of the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Republic of North Macedonia, where they briefed H.E. Dragan Jaćimović on the signed Protocol and the planned activities related to cooperation with the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.
