At the invitation of the Employment Service Agency of the Republic of Macedonia, the representatives of the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina paid a working visit to the Employment Service Agency of the Republic of Macedonia in order to discuss issues concerning the Treaty between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia on Social Security and the Administrative Agreement for the implementation of the Treaty. Issues discussed in the meeting pertained to development of bilingual forms for the implementation of the Treaty as no implementing acts have been adopted since the provisions of the Treaty entered into force.  The two delegations agreed on the general principles, content and design of the bilingual forms.  They discussed and defined bilingual forms for the implementation of the part of the Treaty between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia on Social Security pertinent to unemployment insurance as the form titled the Application form for attestation of accumulated periods of insurance - BiH/MKD 301 and MKD/BiH 301 respectively, and the Attestation form for accumulated periods of insurance - BiH/MKD 301A and MKD/BiH 301A respectively.

It was agreed that all the forms will be put in use as of 15 April 2013.

LEA representatives proposed in the meeting to launch initiative for conclusion of the Operational Protocol on electronic data exchange with the Employment Service Agency of the Republic of Macedonia aimed at more efficient implementation of the above Treaty which was accepted by the Macedonian side.  The parties in the meeting considered within this proposal the possibilities of improving their cooperation aimed at more efficient realisation of rights of insured persons.
