Labour and Employment Agency of BiH is initiating the procedure for concluding the Contract on Seasonal Employment of BiH workers in the Republic of Croatia



At its 102nd session the Council of Ministers of BiH considered and adopted the Information of the Ministry of Civil Affairs regarding the negotiation of the Contract on Seasonal Employment of BiH workers in the Republic of Croatia.

In this respect, the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH has been tasked to enter into negotiations with the Croatian side in cooperation with the Entity Employment Services and the Employment Service of the Brčko District of BiH with a view of reaching a final agreement on the Contract on Seasonal Employment of BiH Workers in the Republic of Croatia.

The Director of the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH has been authorised to sign the Contract on Seasonal Employment of BiH workers in the Republic of Croatia upon finalizing the text of the contract.

The Labour and Employment Agency of BiH is obliged to inform the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH of the signed Contract for the purpose of presenting a report thereof to the Council of Ministers of BiH and other responsible authorities.  The Labour and Employment Agency of BiH is also obliged to submit all prospective amendments and modifications to the text of the negotiated contract to the responsible ministry for the purpose of completing the necessary procedures.
