The Labour and Employment Agency of BiH informs hereby the public that all candidates to be included in the Triple Win Project as of January this year will have employment contracts with a minimum gross monthly wage of 2 000 EUR in their first year of work and 2 400 EUR after recognition of their diplomas in Germany.

„A while ago we drew attention to our colleagues from the German Federal Employment Agency to the fact that Germany had increased minimum hourly wages and that monthly wages had risen in general which is the result of the German labour market needs and labour demand.  In that regard, we drew attention several times to the need to take into account this rise when hiring nursing job candidates placed by the Agency, i.e. to increase their minimum gross monthly wage as well,” said Muamer Bandić, Director of the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH. “This way, gross monthly wages specified in employment contracts of all candidates who successfully pass their job interview and are subsequently included in the Triple Win Project will be increased by 100 EUR as of January this year and we are now awaiting the official announcement for the candidates placed in nursing jobs under the procedure of named requests”, said Director Bandić.

“I would like to remind that the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH has been continuously providing placement services under the placement procedure of named requests.  The Agency will also continue to implement the Triple Win Project with its German partners this year.  This year, the first round of interviews under the Triple Win Project will take place on 25th-28th February and the application deadline is 3rd February 2019”, said Director of the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH.
