The signed Memorandum is a cornerstone for further cooperation that will take place through the exchange of experience, knowledge, and resources, ultimately leading to institutional capacity building of the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH, and, indirectly, of all other stakeholders in the labour market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ivan Barbalić, Director of the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH, thanked the Croatian counterparts for sharing the information and experience, and emphasised that Croatia's experience was an asset Bosnia and Herzegovina should make use of on its European path.

Ante Lončar, Director of the Croatian Employment Service, expressed gratitude for the hospitality and interest shown by the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH in the work and experiences of the Croatian Employment Service, highlighting that Croatia's experiences were especially valuable regarding applying for EU funds, developing labour market measures and policies, and labour migration. He also stated that the Croatian Employment Service would be happy to share its knowledge and experience with all stakeholders in the labour market of BiH.
