Test job advertisement for employment in Slovenia

In line with the Operation Protocol between the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Employment Service of Slovenia and on request of the Vivo Ltd. company Management, an interview was organized on 21 November 2011 for candidates interested in cook vacancy (2 posts) in the mentioned company.

In line with the Operation Protocol between the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Employment Service of Slovenia and on request of the Vivo Ltd. company Management, an interview was organized on 21 November 2011 for candidates interested in cook vacancy (2 posts) in the mentioned company.  The aim of the interview was selection of BiH workers with the occupation of cook interested in working in Slovenia who would take up employment with the above employer upon necessary administrative procedure.

Altogether 42 workers from entire Bosnia and Herzegovina were invited to the interview and 21 responded.   On that occasion they were introduced to living and working conditions in Slovenia, procedure for obtaining work permit and had the opportunity of meeting the employer. 

Owing to professional organization of the interview and selection of candidates by the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as stated by the employer, three, instead of two originally planned persons were hired. 

In this way, the Labour and Employment Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has successfully conducted the mediation procedure in employment of our citizens in Slovenia in framework of the above test job advertisement.
