The Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina was established in 2003 as an independent administrative organization within the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and its competences are regulated by Article 6 of the Law on the Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number: 21/03 and 43/09).
