Sector for general, legal, human resources and accounting affairs

The sector for general, legal, personnel and accounting affairs is responsible for:

  • participation in the preparation and initiation of conclusion and signing of interstate contracts in the field of employment and monitoring of their implementation;

  • participates in conducting negotiations for the conclusion of international agreements in the field of social insurance for part of unemployment and monitors their implementation, preparation and drafting of general and individual acts;

  • management of administrative tasks for the Advisory Board of the Agency; participates in the creation of annual work programs and work reports;

  • performs normative-legal and organizational-personnel tasks; business correspondence;

  • representation of the Agency in proceedings before the courts based on the authorization of the Agency's director;

  • preparation of contracts concluded by the Agency with natural and legal persons;

  • managing the Agency's protocol, monitoring the execution of the budget and preparing the Agency's annual and periodic reports in accordance with the applicable regulations on accounting affairs;

  • keeping material and financial records, as well as cash registers, administrative tasks for Agency procurement, distribution and recording of all Agency equipment;

  • personnel, administrative, support-technical and other tasks.
