Sector for General, Legal, Human Resources and Accounting Affairs
Sector for General, Legal, Human Resources and Accounting Affairs is responsible for:
- Participation in the preparation, initiation, conclusion, and signing of interstate agreements in the field of employment, and monitoring their implementation;
- Participation in negotiations for the conclusion of international agreements in the field of social security related to unemployment, and monitoring their implementation; preparation and drafting of general and individual legal acts;
- Provision of administrative support to the Agency’s Advisory Board; participation in the preparation of annual work programmes and reports;
- Performance of legal and regulatory, organisational, and human resources functions, as well as business correspondence;
- Representation of the Agency in court proceedings, based on authorisation by the Director of the Agency;
- Preparation of contracts concluded by the Agency with natural and legal persons;
- Management of the Agency’s protocol, monitoring of budget execution, and preparation of annual and periodic reports in accordance with applicable accounting regulations;
- Maintenance of material and financial records, including cash operations; performance of administrative procurement tasks; and management of the allocation and inventory of all Agency equipment;
- Performance of personnel, administrative, technical support, and other related tasks.
